SMG exhaust sounds best i think but RS4 isnt bad.

what the hell is an SMG exhaust? Isn't that a sequential gearbox tranny?

What relevance does that have to an exhaust note?

They finally made an ad - that is one of the very few I have ever seen, and none on TV.

I've actually seen quite a few Q7 ads on TV.

As well as magazines- in every magazine there's a Q7 ad. About as many Q7 ads as there are for Lexus cars, a huge leap for Audi.

I haven't seen this particular one on TV, though. They should market the S/RS cars more agressively.

have you heard what the RS6 will sound like? It makes the BMW M5, BMW M3 and Audi RS4 a POS in performance and sound.

Don't worry the Audi R8 will do the same.

"GermanNut" the exhaust note on my 650i is by no means sissy! It sounds pretty much like the RS4 in this video when I'm holding my revs high enough.

My 6 definitly does has a deeper growl to it than the RS4 shown here...Granted though I'm hearing the RS4 over a video & not in person.

The current M3 sound very annoyingly. This RS4 is aweseome. But we all already know that.

your 650i at high-revs sounds just like the RS4 at idle.

When the RS4 is revved nice and high it makes your full revved 650i exhaust sounds very very sissy.

How do you figure Nut? What are you basing that comment on? Do you drive a 650i or RS4 all the time? Do you really have the sounds of either of these cars memorized in your head to make an accurate comparison?

It's obvious the RS4 in this video is redlining on every pass it makes, and when it is in fact idiling, the exhaust tone sounds normal.

Please 'GermanNut' your starting to sound like "logical" or "AmazingBimmer" just your for Audi...You got crediblility on this site, don't loose it!
