Some sad news coming to us from Las Vegas.

Unfortunately, one person has passed due to a high-speed crash. Unfortunately, this innocent bystander's life was taken by an allegedly impaired driver.

According to reports, the driver of a rented lime green McLaren 570S Spider was driving under the influence when they lost control of the vehicle. From there, it hopped a curb and slammed into a parked Toyota Camry where Joshua David Badell was sleeping.

While the estimated speed has not been released, the impact was severe enough to send the Camry flying a considerable distance and come to a rest shiny side down. That's a monumental feat.

The driver of the McLaren, Stanley E. Butler Jr., was allegedly impaired per a clip released by Las Vegas Metro Police.


An Ohio man has died after a rented green super car speeding through Las Vegas smashed into his parked car in a suspected DUI.

Joshua David Badell, 39, of Greenwood, Ohio, was believed to be sleeping in the passenger seat of his car, in the Metropilitan area of Las Vegas, when it was struck by the 2018 McLaren 570S.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) report that the green vehicle was travelling southbound at a 'high rate of speed' on South Pecos Road and Tropicana Avenue...

Innocent bystander dies. Driver should be convicted of vehicular manslaughter while under the influence. Tragic but not uncommon. We have drunk drivers, we have texting drivers and soon we will have high on weed drivers...all dangerous, all illegal but unstoppable. Be careful out there.

Preach it! Drunk drivers do not receive severe enough punishments. We have technology that can make a phone unusable by the driver of a car, let's deploy it. The dope addicts on weed are very often meth abusers looking for a softer landing. This sub-human trash deserves to be treated severely for their negligence.
