Chalk One Up For Tracy Morgan — Comedian Gets SOME Good News After Bugatti Gets Sideswiped

...Just Tracy's luck ... an NYPD traffic agent happened to be on the corner of 42nd Street and 10th Avenue Tuesday afternoon when the costly fender bender went down. Law enforcement sources tell us the traffic agent witnessed Tracy cruising westbound on 42nd Street and preparing to make a legal turn onto 10th Ave. when the Honda collided with him.

We're told, to the traffic agent's eyes ... the Honda did NOT have the right of way. The driver of that vehicle is a woman named Joycelyn Madulid. She told the NY Post she had no clue she'd hit a celebrity -- "The people were taking pictures of him and the car. I asked the traffic officer, why people taking pictures and he said, 'You don't watch TV? That's a famous guy...'"

He was probably in a cocaine rage when he went and pounded on her window. It was an accident; accidents happen. This is why there is insurance. He did have insurance, right? Oh wait...Live PD moment. The boo boo to his car is NOTHING. he behaved like what he is: an entitled asshole. The woman said she was terrified. She should sue him for terrorizing her.

You're driving along in the Bugatti that you just bought and someone crosses the lane and hits you... And you would have done what exactly? "Oh, I'm sorry to bother you miss, but I just bought this 2 million dollar sports car and you do realize that you made an illegal lane change and hit me, yes? Now, how can we settle this?"

But there is a huge appetite for hating on people who have nice things on this site. Been this way for a very, very long time.
Whether this guy deserves it or not, the reality is he CAN and DID buy it, so it's his. And as his property, he has a right to be upset when someone negligently damages it.

ALl this was - is a minor fender bender. It was an Accident - it could not have been deliberate - the woman did not know who he was.

Of course - the problem here is - did the woman have enough insurance to fix the car -Possibly not. However - I am sure that HE carries enough insurance to make up the difference.

My snowflake moment - Autospies is anti-NY and is only casting schadenfreude Tracy Morgan's way because he was hit in NYC. If this happened in LA (and celebrity's smash their cars all the time there) Autospies would not have mentioned it.

(By the way, he kind of a minor celebrity as you all seem to note.)

Autospies, please report back to us on your motivations for bringing this up - as it really seemed to be a minor accident. Also the poor guy almost died in the van wreck 3 years ago. Just seems like a really nasty post that reflects poorly on you guys.
