Now this is what a Cadillac should be. That's a pretty sweet interior too for a Cadillac.

I think that this car needs to replace the STS in the U.S., and offer a standard rear seating arrangement as well as the console version for the rear. This is a very nice car.

Thisis the STS. Just stretched four inches. But the interior looks better, the normal interior on the STS does not belong on a luxury car.

The SLS would be a nicer replacement for the DTS.

damn, the interior on this is gorgeous compared to the STS. The STS is dash layout is not as nice as this SLS. They need to change the interior of the STS to this one. This has a stiched leather look on the dash, and the interior appointments are nicer. I would buy one of these (if i had the cash) if they were sold in the US.

Great looking Caddy, bring it on and it looks as good as any Lexus.

Its called the SLS in China, in the U.S. its called the STS.

Now this is what a domestic luxury should look like. I believe this can compete with the Germans and Brits. The materials seem to be of more high quality and the fine finishing is probably at Cadillac's best. With it's new Escalade and this new SLS/STS interior it looks great. The new CTs coming out should have a little bit of this flavour as well. This is what Chrysler luxury is missing. The cues must be turned up a few notches like these new Cadillac's in order to compete with the true premium brands out there. So what if prices sore to the top. If the quality is better and the finishing is superb, people will pay them extra dollars. There's a saying "You get what you pay for" and that's exactly what its all about.

Two thumbs up for this interior. Looks awesome!

Bring this stuff to America, and include all the electronic bells and whistles that the Japs/Euros have, and Caddy will sell like crazy.

The current tail light design is from the 1960's.

So what?...at least they don't completely abandon a design like the Japanese car companies do.

Why hasn't this happened before...I haven't seen a single Cadillac here in Britain yet, and I think I know why.

this new sls is very nice they are the bmw trend in china and making a long wheelbase version of their near luxury sedan. its good to see cadillac make competitive this car need no excuses, and interior looks very high quality from the pics, and the detailing is awesome.....sure things should have been better before but so should have many any other car brands...the bigger picture here is that they learned what the problem was, didnt just half way fix it but created an interior that looks world class, and a very good looking, car good job cadillac

I'm sorry but the STS/SLS is not a near luxury sedan. The CTS is that one you're thinking of. The STS/DTS are the top dogs in Cadillac luxury. However I have yet to distinguish which one's the top. IMO it's the STS. It just has a bolder and more elegant look than the DTS sibling.

The new CTS should be great if it's based on this type of interior. High quality and high level of comfort is what a Cadillac should truly be.

well actually the cts - is entry level, the sts near luxury, but i agree the dts and sts are both top cars for cadillac but i think cadillac still makes the dts for traditional buyers, and seems to be selling well so why not. and by the way the luxury class is s class, 7 series, xj, near luxury-e class, 5 series, sts, gs, entry level- 3 series, c class, a4 etc...cadillac doesnt have a car to compete in the luxury class yet.

I was already impressed with the STS when it came out...and this is such an improvement! The minor cosmetic changes do a lot and the refreshed interior is amazing. This is what a Cadillac should be.

To answer Rupert's question, the STS is bigger than the CTS. It's more around the Mercedes E-Class size, and the STS is rear-wheel-drive. Cadillac has another model called the DTS which is a bit bigger than the STS and it is front-wheel-drive.

I'm impressed...I like this car quite a bit.
