When I entered Key Hyundai I was greeted by Don. I wasn't sure I was ready to purchase a new car since my other Hyundai was working well. I had received a mailing from Key which is what brought me down. Don was very friendly and engaging. He quickly showed me that I would be able to afford a new vehicle and off we went for a test drive. What Don didn't know was that I hate test driving cars with people I don't know. But honestly I wasn't nervous at all with him in the car. After some more number crunching and some snacks and drinks which he offered to me I was sold. I have never bought a vehichle on my own and he has made this process for me one of the best experiences ever. I really appreciated all the time he spent making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I also appreciate the calls after the purchase to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Thanks Don.
Very friendly, easy to work with and wasn't pushy like a typical sales person! Also very knowledgable about the car I was looking at and it's features. This was my first car buying experience and he made it enjoyable!
