In the ‘60s and ‘70s Alpine was making some of the best rally cars out there. The company was later bought by Renault and their last model was the A610 which was last made in ‘95. Since then there have been quite a few rumors about a resurrection but nothing came to fruition. A few years back Renault and Caterham joined forces to restart the Alpine brand.
