The Toyota Camry is expected to be the centerpiece of the so-called "bellwether" cases set for trial in 2013 in the Toyota lawsuit involving sudden unintended acceleration, according to a judge's order issued on Wednesday. "Each side may propose up to three personal injury/wrongful death cases in order of preference," wrote U.S. District Judge James V. Selna in the order posted on the Web site of U.S. District Court Central District of California.
