The Chevrolet Nomad was a station wagon produced by the Chevrolet from 1955 to 1961. It was best known as the cool two-door station wagon associated with the “surf culture.” Well now insiders are telling Inside Line, that Chevrolet is planning to revive the ‘Nomad’ name for its new 7-passenger crossover.
The new Chevrolet crossover will be a sibling to the GMC Acadia and will replace the Chevrolet Uplander. Insiders close to the company are saying the Chevrolet believes that reviving an old best-selling name for a new modern vehicle, will win them consumers.
