Every once in a while we get stumped. Agent001 just sent me these shots from somewhere in Southern California of this strange looking car undergoing testing. Long time reader Fred Khaz spotted this and snapped a few shot and passed it on.We looked over the rather distant shots and can't figure out what it could be.
