Working in the automotive business, I have to say that in my interactions with the automakers, they probably have some of the coolest jobs in the world. And you have to think about why:
1) They get to create a tangible product
2) There is always a challenge
3) Competition is rampant
4) Most people are doing work for a product they love
Now very rarely do folks get a choice to work for the exact company you work for, but barring that high barrier, we're a little curious: if you had the shot to work in the auto industry, WHICH company would you want to work for and WHY?
What would be some key decisions that you would make once you landed your role? Are there specific, talented individuals you would want on your team? Any ideas that could make a drastic impact with your job?
