Not long after it was revealed that General Motors had been awarded a multi-million-dollar contract to produce the U.S. Army’s Colorado ZR2-based Infantry Squad Vehicle (ISV), it seems possible the forthcoming GMC Hummer EV could spawn a military vehicle of its own.
The GMC Hummer EV is one of the most important vehicles in GM’s electrification plans and will take the form of a pickup truck, likely a crew cab-style model. A recent teaser image has revealed the truck will feature removable roof panels, further broadening its appeal.
