Who would have thought that all of you would have went BANANAS over some first spy shots of the all-new Alfa Romeo Giulia? Seems to have struck a chord with many of you.

Could it be that a lot of in-market buyers are bored with their German luxury vehicles? If you ask me, it seems that the Italians have a golden opportunity here IF they execute well. As of now we've only gotten a first glance at a VERY early stage prototype that's in the mule phase — a sister car company's body is on top of the car's rolling chassis.

FIRST Spy Shots of Alfa Romeo's All-New Giulia

Essentially, this means that Alfa Romeo has a blank canvas for creating a great looking exterior. And, wouldn't you know, someone has rendered what they think it will look like.

Frankly, if it looks REMOTELY like this, it's hard to think how the company could screw up having a successful product launch. Clearly these set of renderings use an amalgamation of current vehicles. I see a bit of BMW M4, a bit of Maserati Ghibli and a smattering of old-school Alfa cues.

What say you, Spies? IF Alfa were to build something like this, would you be in-market to BUY?
