Now, we at AutoSpies have nothing against any particular car. In fact, I think it is pretty safe to say we love all cars. While some may be better than others and some manufacturers may make a better overall product, we would rather drive a heaping pile of garbage than walk.
But when it comes down to it, there seems to be stigmas and stereotypes attached to certain cars. One example is the Volkswagen Jetta, which has been largely considered a "chick car."
In our great country, there is a huge priority on status and what your vehicle says about you. For whatever reason, the Jetta has become a car that stands for chickdom. But, is that about to change?
Rewind to this year's Detroit Auto Show, where the VW NCC debuted. And, my, what a car! After the event, the consensus was that the NCC is very close to production as there were certain cues that hinted at such.
Our very own 001 saw the NCC and immediately said "Oh look, the new Jetta coupe."
With that said, someone has taken the liberty to PhotoShop the NCC's looks onto a four-door body: - How does it look?
- Will this new squared-off look provide more masculinity to the Jetta nameplate?
