We've been keeping a close eye on the devleopment of the next-gen Maserati Quattroporte and it looks like it's going to be an interesting departure from the last generation product. That's because from as far as we can tell, it will have a sleeker greenhouse but also inherit more rigid lines from its coupe sibling, the Gran Turismo.
What makes this vehicle particularly peculiar is that its interior looks largely based on the Chrysler 300, which leads us to believe that there may be some part sharing going on here. We're not sure if that possibility is a good or bad thing.
Considering we got a pretty good look at what's likely the next-gen Quattroporte, thanks to leaked patent images, we're thinking -- at least right now -- that the all-new Maser will be an improvement. At least in the looks department.
