Much like the Ford Explorer, the Nissan Pathfinder is one of those storied sport-utility vehicles that emerged on the scene and soon became a fan favorite. It didn't take too long for the rough and tumble Pathfinder to:
1) Live up to its name, with its off-road capabilities
2) Become a well-liked product, which quickly yielded a cult-like following
Also, much like the Explorer, it appears that the all-new Pathfinder has made more of a move towards being an urban people hauler. While it quietly made the transition over the years, it appears to look more like a crossover than ever. While that may read negatively, that actually is more of a positive thing as that's what the larger market is looking for at the end of the day.
