Are you in the market for an all-new luxury vehicle? If you've been shopping the Germans and Audi has a vehicle you're interested in, you'll definitely want to dial in to the press release below.
That's because the four rings has released the MSRP for its entire product portfolio.
This means two things: 1) You can choose to wait and order an all-new 2016 model year vehicle knowing where it will price in at, or 2) You can try to negotiate a better deal with your local Audi retailer. Though, the latter will probably be difficult unless the store has a build up of inventory. That seems unlikely given that Audi tends to build less than demand warrants.

Audi announces 2016 Model Year vehicles and pricing
HERNDON, Virginia
- Full model line improvements for 2016 model year vehicles, building on momentum of 52 consecutive months of record sales
- More standard features and available options on 2016 Audi model year vehicles
- Newly redesigned 2016 A6 and A7 model lines, including powerful and efficient engines, benchmark technology and refined design cues
Audi today announced its lineup for the 2016 Model Year, including full line pricing and numerous vehicle additions and enhancements.
Continuing its growth strategy with a focus on balanced performance – enhancements in technology, innovative design and driving dynamics that help improve efficiency and performance, Audi announces its 2016 Model Year lineup. In the 2016 model year vehicles, more features become standard across the model line-up and more options are integrated into packages. Technology packages, including an enhanced Head-up display – are now standard on more Audi models than ever before. The first in the 2016 model line to be introduced are the updated 2016 Audi A6 and A7 models. The A3 family continues setting new standards in the entry premium market, with impressive standard features and an available 4G LTE data connection.
Highlights of the 2016 Model Year line-up changes are as follows:
2016 Audi A3 Model Line
The 2016 Audi A3 continues on its path of offering a strong entry to the Audi premium lineup with expanded standard equipment. For 2016, the model increases its standard offering to include a rearview camera and parking sensors, Alu-optic interior trim details, heated mirrors and washer nozzles, all in addition to the existing standard Audi pre sense® basic, Audi xenon plus front lighting with LED DRLs and taillights, leather seating surfaces, Panoramic sunroof and ultra-thin retractable MMI® display. A suite of driver assistance features become available in Prestige, with Active lane assist, Audi pre sense front and Audi adaptive cruise control. Available features also include Audi drive select, Sport and the newly available S line® style package, 4G LTE connectivity, and Bang & Olufsen® audio.
The S3 delivers greater performance for everyday use and is now offered in a distinctive Black Optic Performance package, including Audi Sport® 5-V-spoke Titanium matte wheels, black optic exterior kit and Audi magnetic ride. Available red brake calipers, S Sport seat package and a 19” wheel package round out the aggressive position of this sporty model.
2016 Audi A4 Model Line
The Audi A4 receives several enhancements for the 2016 Model Year. The entry Premium model includes a standard three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, available Advanced Key and Audi connect® as part of the Navigation plus package. A Bang & Olufsen® Sound System has also been added to the Technology package on Premium Plus models. New for 2016, Premium models with the S line competition plus package feature 19 inch 5 V-Spoke wheels. In addition to the S4, the A4 is now also available in Misano Red pearl effect paint.
2016 Audi allroad Model Line
For the 2016 model year, expanded equipment offerings have been made to the legendary Audi allroad. The models now feature a three-spoke multifunction, leather-wrapped steering wheel standard, available Advanced key and Audi connect as part of the Navigation plus package. For 2016, the allroad Premium plus model with the Technology package also includes a Bang & Olufsen® Sound System.
2016 Audi A5 Coupe and Cabriolet Model Line
Added to the Audi A5 Coupe and Cabriolet model line for 2016 are a standard S line exterior as well as available Audi connect as part of the Navigation plus package. Premium Plus models now feature a Bang & Olufsen® Sound System. A Red Acoustic convertible top is offered for the 2016 A5 and S5 Cabriolet and all models are now offered with Misano Red pearl effect paint. Also available for the 2016 S5 is the Black Optic plus package, which boasts new 20’’ wheels and striking black exterior mirror housings.
2016 Audi A6 Model Line
The all-new 2016 Audi A6 model line comes to market with an updated engine lineup, including the all-new, more powerful and efficient 2.0TFSI® engine. The exterior design sees revisions at the front and rear including distinct new LED headlights and taillights, fascia and tailpipes creating an athletic road stance. Completing the interior are new seating surface colors and inlay selections as well as refined alu-effect trim details. The available Driver Assistance package is further expanded with night vision including animal detection, adaptive cruise control with new Stop&Go function and secondary collision assist. Updated infotainment systems help enhance the driver and passenger experience through higher levels of interior luxury and technological refinement. The onboard MMI system with NVIDIA® quad core technology and the Audi connect® system now accesses the internet via a 4G LTE connection. This upgraded connectivity allows for faster Google Earth™ and Google Street View, real-time traffic updates and integrated Wi-Fi hotspot for passenger use.
2016 Audi A7 Model Line
For 2016, the all-new A7 model line receives engine enhancements achieving more power and increased fuel efficiency across all trims. With updated exterior design, the A7 now features a new front fascia including new LED headlight design for an unmistakable light signature on a widened Singleframe® grill and bumpers for a more focused stance. The rear offers new LED taillights and trapezoidal tailpipes integrated into the lower bumper. 2016 A7 models offer a host of technology enhancements and available driver assistance features including night vision with animal detection, adaptive cruise control with new Stop&Go function and secondary collision assist.
New infotainment systems provide even higher levels of interior luxury and refinement and are supported through the onboard MMI system with NVIDIA® quad core technology and the Audi connect® system. This system now accesses the internet via a 4G LTE connection, with updated service allowing faster Google Earth™ and Google Street View application as well as an integrated Wi-Fi hotspot for passenger use.
2016 Audi A8 Model Line
For the 2016 model year, the esteemed Audi A8 continues its tradition of benchmark luxury and driver assistance offerings including adaptive cruise control with Stop&Go, Audi active lane assist, Night vision assistant with animal detection, secondary collision assist, and a head-up display for easier viewing of vehicle speed, navigation and adaptive cruise control functions. The A8, equipped with the optional 4.0T V8 engine, offers an impressive 435 hp and 444lb-ft torque. An electromechanical steering column helps reduce weight and improve fuel efficiency. Dynamic steering, available as part of the Dynamic package along with the quattro sport differential, helps provide enhanced agility and variable-ratio steering that increases responsiveness.
New for 2016, the A8 Sport offers the 4.0T in a more athletic package with new exterior sport style accents. The front of the model features new front bumpers with sport air intakes in the lower bumper, and the rear sees an updated bumper and rear diffuser as well as sport side sills. Inside, the available Design selection seating surfaces in Vermont Brown leather and fine-grain ash natural, copper wood inlays continue the distinctive design and craftsmanship that the A8 interior is known for.
2016 Audi TT Coupe & Roadster Model Line
The iconic all-new 2016 TT boasts an exciting new design, characterized by the use of innovative technologies and driver-focused orientation. Standard full LED headlamps exude modern sports car appeal, with a broader and flatter Singleframe® grille, sharp contours across the hood where the Audi rings are now prominently positioned, round exhaust tailpipes and rear spoiler. With a distinct driver focus, the TT revolutionizes the way the driver interacts with the vehicle through the all-new and innovative virtual cockpit. An entirely digital instrument cluster, the virtual cockpit replaces traditional gauges and interfaces for a customizable cockpit that combines the functions of a central MMI® system with a traditional instrument cluster in one unique, 12.3-inch TFT display with superb 3D graphics and brilliant clarity.

2016 Audi Q5 Model Line
The successful Q5 model now offers new standard features including a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and Panoramic sunroof and available Audi connect as part of the Navigation Plus package. Premium Plus models with the available Technology package now feature a Bang & Olufsen® Sound System. The high-performance SQ5 has been upgraded to offer red brake calipers, available Jet Gray diamond-stitched seats and 20-inch 5-V-Spoke wheels with the Black Optics package. Additionally, adaptive damping suspension is now available as a stand-alone option on SQ5 Premium Plus models (3.0T, TDI®).
2016 Audi Q7 Model Line
Ahead of the launch of the all-new Q7 in 2016, model year 2015 Q7 models will continue to be available until the all-new model introduction. More information to follow.
2016 Audi R8 Model Line
Ahead of the launch of the all-new R8 in 2016, model year 2015 R8 models will continue to be available until the all-new model introduction scheduled for the Spring of 2016. More information will be made available at a later date.
