Once when I was driving in my hometown, I saw a beautiful Porsche Carrera GT. Or, so I thought.
Turned out it was a Carrera GT replica, which was one of the most hideous recreations known to man. If I was a betting man, it looked like it was based of a Pontiac Fiero's chassis.
And I don't know what to make of this. Should I punch this gentleman in the face for trying to fool people? OR, should I applaud him for his yearning and enthusiasm over a product. Anyway you slice it, it is kind of lame.
So, when a good friend of mine spotted this on Craigslist and forwarded it to me, I knew the Spies would get a kick out of this.
Would you give the driver of this "959" convertible a thumbs up or a thumbs down?
What is going through someone's mind when they decide to replicate a 959 in convertible fashion in such a hodgepodge way?
