Maybe I truly am a rare breed, but I've been one of the first to say that the all-new, C8 Chevrolet Corvette doesn't do it for me. I don't know exactly what it is, either.

Perhaps it's the rather cheapness to its design. The hard edges and silly "blade."

My flame suit is on.

But, I will say that the Corvette race car has got me feeling all sorts of fuzzy things. It looks more badass and purposeful whereas the street car is sort of, dare I say, goofy.

I think this may be further reinforced by what I am about to show you. TJ Hunter recently announced that he is working on a widebody kit for the all-new Corvette.

To my eyes, it's a step in the right direction. Not perfect but definitely an improvement. I am far MORE curious what you think though, Spies: Is this rendering of a widebody on the all-new C8 a STUD or DUD?
