According to the police affidavit ... when cops pulled him over they asked him what city he was in and the time and Dillon responded he was in Belton, which is an hour north of where he was located ... and said it was 7 o'clock when it was really around 1:30 AM.
And then get this ... cops say Dillon pulled the ol' celebrity card and made cops "aware of his social status and marriage to famed Joe Maldonado-Passage (Tiger King) on scene of the incident."
Cops say Dillon had no idea what city he was in or what time it was when they busted him for DWI.
