The car and housing market is red hot right now with the edge probably going to real estate.
Go to a Toyota or Kia dealer for example and you'll see rows and rows EMPTY, without inventory like in normal times.
But even in all this madness, dealers that NORMALLY would be selling like gangbusters seem to have PLENTY of stuff on the ground.
