U.S. Senator John Fetterman, representing Pennsylvania, and his wife were involved in a two-car crash on Interstate 70 in Maryland on Sunday.
Maryland State Police were called to the crash in the westbound lanes of I-70 at Interstate 68 for a crash involving a Chevrolet Traverse and a Chevrolet Impala.
According to officials, the Traverse, which Fetterman was driving, hit the back of the Impala.
Officials say it is unclear what caused the crash.
