BMW may have a lot on its plate regarding future products, and it seems it plans to revive a defunct nameplate: the 6 Series. And it won’t be another Gran Turismo like the old one that built on the G30 5er, but it will apparently launch in coupe and convertible body styles.
 
Nothing is official at this point, but the information came via AutoNews, which quoted an undisclosed "supply-chain industry source." The outlet names the future 6 Series a "mid-size" model and states it will debut in the second half of 2026.
