According to reports circulating in the media, Olena Zelenska, the wife of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has allegedly made a lavish purchase of a Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, a luxury sports car known for its high performance and exorbitant price tag. The reported cost of the vehicle, as per the invoice obtained by French journalists, is around €4 million, with additional options amounting to €500,000, bringing the total to approximately €4.5 million. The car is expected to be delivered to Zelenska in 2026.

The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport is renowned for its exceptional speed, with a top speed of 440 km/h (273 mph). It features an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine, delivering a whopping 1,578 horsepower. This model is a limited edition, with only 30 units produced.

The news of this purchase has sparked controversy and raised questions about the source of the funds used for such an extravagant acquisition, especially given the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Critics argue that the funds could have been better used to support the war-torn country's recovery efforts or to provide humanitarian aid to those affected by the conflict.

However, it is important to note that these reports are still unconfirmed, and the truth of the matter remains uncertain. The purchase, if true, would undoubtedly draw scrutiny and criticism, as it would contrast sharply with the hardships faced by many Ukrainians due to the ongoing conflict.
