Even when one is on vacation in another country, it can be hard to disengage from American political news, especially during a presidential election year.
So yes, I heard about Donald Trump floating Elon Musk's name as a potential cabinet member should Trump win the election.
My own thoughts on that idea are best saved for an op-ed, so I will keep them to myself in this space. But I did start wondering -- would someone from the car world be a good cabinet secretary?
