It looks all shiny and new, but life hasn’t always been kind to this 1966 Citroen DS 21 Convertible or "Decapotable," the way the French so beautifully call the 'wind in your hair' cars. The DS spent years behind a barn, with the windows down, before Greg Long decided to take it home, promising his wife she would be allowed to buy anything she wanted for the rest of their marriage. Now, he brings it to Jay Leno's Garage to brag about the car and complain about the deal.
 
Greg brought along his brother, John, the owner of a 1961 Citroen ID 19 finished in orange. "Capucine," he insists. "Not orange." He's got quite a story himself. He was about 17 when he saw the car sitting in the front yard of a house, some six blocks away from his home.
