After making its debut at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed, the production version McMurtry Speirling Pure electric race car is embarking on a tour of the United States, starting with next week’s The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in Monterey, California.
This is the first time the British-made fan car that’ll probably upset the order of things in competitions such as the Global Time Attack, European Time Attack Masters, and the GT1 Sports Club will be setting wheels outside its home continent. It also marks the perfect opportunity for its maker to showcase its capabilities in front of a new pool of customers.
