Does our favorite Porsche give us a glimpse into the future?

It’s no surprise that my favorite Porsche is the C4S.

We think it’s the best looking 911 and the best bang for the buck.

You may not know it, but it also is giving us hints of what the 997 will be like.

Let’s just say that Porsche FINALLY gets it that people LOVE the wide-body aggressive style versus the rolling bathtub shape of the standard current Coupe, Cab and Targa.

So the 997 will DEFINITELY sport a wide-body, almost retro look.

What do we miss most on the current Porsches versus the best Porsches ever, the 993?

The way to door handle worked and how the door closed.

When you shut the door on the old 993, it sounded like you were closing a vault!

On the current 996, it feels and makes the same sound as closing a Lexus door…in other words…CHEAP!

We hope the 997 will bring back the feeling of EXPENSIVE and NOTHING else like it.

And a much higher quality interior and better driver interface.

Our source within Porsche say it will and we are encouraged!
