I used to have a great contact inside Rolls-Royce and Bentley.
My understanding is that the $60K number is accurate as an overall mark-up from factory in England to the US, but that the dealer has to share that money with the US distributer/parent.
That split was roughly 50/50, leaning slightly toward the dealer (like $25K to the distributer and $30K to the dealer). Of course, this all varies car by car.
