"Beginning in model year 2004, the E 320 is replaced by the 3.7 litres and 245 HP (350 Nm) E350. Since new model year begins approx. in the September, the premiere with the all-wheel drive (4matic) of the e-class might be at the Frankfurt auto show 2003."
