BMW says new 5 series not out before Sept.
Luxury carmaker BMW AG said Wednesday that the new version of its 5-series car, traditionally one of the company's key earnings drivers, would not be brought to the market before September.

As we've said for the last five months or so, the dealers are scheduled to meet in Germany in early September (now dependant on the war situation), to see the five series rollout and start placing their orders.
They will also show them other new BMW models.
It will be officially released to the public in Frankfurt.
The wildcard story we've been hearing lately is...
In July, BMW will have a few hundred units in the USA, going from dealer to dealer, for customers to see and test drive.
Why has this car been delayed again?
Because they don't want another 7-series fiasco on their hands. The 7 was released too early, before the bugs were ironed out and they've been paying ever since.
