"EL-HADJI Diouf appeared to dodge a penalty after a parking warden missed an open goal. The former Bolton Wanderers star enjoyed a pizza at San Carlo restaurant in Manchester city centre while the massive gold Cadillac Escalade he had arrived in sat in a loading bay.
A traffic warden spotted the offence - but was unable to issue a £70 fine because her hand-held computer was not working. Diouf was later seen laughing and smiling as he drove off."
