A 20-year old Dutchman got an expensive fine Monday evening, for a speed violation of 80 km per hour. He had to surrender his car, a Bugatti Veyron, and his license, according to the Dutch police. He rode 160 kilometers per hour over the Doenkade in Rotterdam, where the speed limit was 80. The boy had borrowed the car from his parents.
