As we said it last week in this post, GM made it official today and announced that its OnStar telematics unit will now bring Google mobile navigation technology into your car.
The first drivers who will get this technology are Chevrolet Volt drivers who use smartphones featuring Google’s Android operating system. These people will connect their phones to pinpoint their vehicle’s location on Google Maps.
