Within 24 hours after the murderer of German Porsche specialist Uwe Gemballa was arrested, there was already a conviction and a 20-year sentence was imposed. According to the Sunday Times, an arrest was made on 28-year-old Thabiso Mpshe of Pretoria last Friday. He was brought before the high court in Johannesburg that afternoon.
