As the market is moving towards coupés and crossovers, it is becoming improbable that European consumers will see the production of a model inspired by Nissan’s Ellure concept, which is the company’s version of the three-box saloon. Typically, Nissan is strong in the auto markets in the US, Japan and China with saloons such as the Sentra and Altima. But then, this segment is adversely affected with the trend on coupés and crossovers.
