Nissan will attach a monitoring system to the Leaf, the world's first mass produced electric vehicle. If you were thinking of buying one, you’re burdened with the knowledge that how your car behaves and how you drive it will determine how the next-generation vehicles will be treated. Some say that Nissan is doing this because it wasn’t able to test the Leaf with real users before launching the mode.
