There is one thing that you have to appreciate about Porsche, it knows how to have a nice soiree to celebrate its latest car, the GT2 RS. At El Toro Air Station in SoCal, Porsche had the first 20 GT2 RS' meet their customers for the first time so they could:
1) Get the keys
2) Receive high-performance driving instruction
You have to remember, the GT2 RS is not a boys/girls car. You can't exactly fool around, unless you know exactly what you're doing, with 620 horsepower and rear-wheel drive.
Although you may not have the opportunity to have one, you can definitely pretend now that you have an inside look into what it's like to own one of Porsche's best.

Last month, the first twenty 911 GT2 RS customers had the opportunity to take delivery of their new cars at the El Toro Air Station in Irvine California. Customers used the event to familiarize themselves with their new cars alongside Porsche Driving Instructors on the open airfield. Andreas Preuninger, the Manager of High Performance Cars for Porsche, was also in attendance and used the event to disclose the secrets of the "Beast" GT2 RS development program.
