If I didn't know any better I would say that Nissan can't get enough. At least when it comes to their GT-R and adding more power.
According to reports, there will be yet another version, a Spec R, that will receive a boost up to 560 horsepower and a weight reduction. Although it won't be significant weight savings, somewhere between 66 and 88 pounds, anything helps at this point.

...According to the people at 7tune the GT-R is to get a power boost. The output of the 3.8-liter twin-turbo is set to increase from 530 horsepower up to 560.
