As you already know from last night's coverage, Agent 001 is in Las Vegas getting the chance to drive the 2012 Hyundai Accent. While that may be on the lower end of the totem pole, Hyundai's people always manage to include some great slides, which provide insight into recent company happenings and its latest products.
It wasn't too long ago the firm decided to bring the big-daddy Equus to the States. I remember sitting down and wondering who would be the car that gets its market share eaten up by the Korean import. Well, it seems that the truth can be unveiled at this point.
According to Hyundai's slide, the car that is being abused by the Equus is the flagship Lexus LS sedan.
What's an even more curious head scratcher is that Cadillac, which placed second -- granted, it was WAY behind Lexus' defeat.
Now here's the tricky part: what would make an LS buyer switch to an Equus?
Discuss, Spies!
