So, we've known that Volkswagen has been trying to build an all-electric car for some time. In fact, it has built the Golf E-Motion as a running concept but it doesn't appear that will be making it to market in its current form.
However, if you remember, Volkswagen produced a concept car known as Up! It was a cute little thing that could probably go up against the likes of the Fiat 500 and MINI Cooper. Well, it appears that VW is currently testing an Up! chassis that is covered in a Polo's skin.
