If there is one vehicle that is always doing well, from a sales perspective, it's the BMW 3-Series. In the entry-level luxury automobile class, the 3'er is just blowing the other guys out of the water.

Put it into perspective: BMW has sold more than 70,000 units year-to-date.

The next competitor out of Audi, Infiniti, Lexus and Mercedes-Benz is the C-Class with more than 46,000 sales YTD.

Although I don't think I have to really point this out, that's a helluva gap.

This begs for us to ask:

With SO many 3-Series on the road, WHY is it still held to such high regard?

Is it the car's interior? Driving dynamics? Safety?
