In Cadillac's ongoing web series for preparation of the ATS' debut, we've been following its engineers and test drivers in the development of the all-new BMW 3-Series chaser. Though we've been asking and wondering if it will be able to hold a candle to the all-new 3'er that 001 drove, it is readily apparent that General Motors is going for the gold.
That said, it's good to know that Cadillac at least picked the right benchmark to go after in the entry-level premium class.
As we've noted in the past couple of teaser clips so far, the ATS will likely have optional all-wheel drive, a manual gearbox and feature a wide range of engine choices.
