Ah, can you smell it in the air? No. It's the lingering smell of Cobo Hall after the 2012 Detroit Auto Show. We're talking more along the lines of Chicago-style pizza.
That's right, it's that time of the year again.
As Agent 001 prepares himself for another year at the "Truck Show," the 2012 Chicago Auto Show, we've started to realize that the Chicago show is becoming unique. Not only is it a truck show, it also is starting to cater to sportier introductions, and even a mix of some specialty tuning efforts.
Take, for example, last year which brought us the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and some sort of Shelby Ford Mustang, that no one in their right mind would purchase. I am kidding. It's the Shelby GT350. But seriously, if you bought that over a GT500, you're nuts.
One thing I love about our preview galleries isn't ONLY the unbelievable quality of the photos -- thank you, 001 -- but it's the ability to look at concepts that have come and went. Take a look at the Lexus LFA, from concept to reality, below.
That said, make sure to take a look at some of our samples down below and explore the FULL gallery for yourself.
Make sure to keep us on lock for next week's 2012 Chicago Auto Show photos, because as you already know, they'll simply be the best.
Remember, AutoSpies.com is ranked number ONE, globally, on Google for auto show photos.
