Following the announcement of the Porsche Macan, which is due to start production in 2013, Mercedes-Benz is preparing an all-new Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class sport-utility vehicle.
Set to appear in New York this April, the updated GLK will benefit from an updated design inside and out. That means the GLK's "face" will be slightly revised with a new grille, headlights and LED driving lights. On the inside, sources are reporting that buyers should expect revised air vents, a new steering wheel and an updated COMAND system.
Though Mercedes has invested into this raft of changes, it may be coming up short, especially as its competitors are equipped with class-leading technology and completely new models.
Does it sound like the updated GLK-Class will have enough to remain competitive in this HOT entry-level premium SUV market?
