For the past 12 months, we've seen a lot of spy images of the all-new Porsche 911. While many captured the standard 911, many of the shots really have focused on the upcoming flagship, the Turbo.
That said, none of the camouflage has come off; however, one talented PhotoShop whiz, Wild-Speed, has produced an image that renders the 911 Turbo Cabriolet to the best of their capability.
Given what we've seen from the spy images, we believe this is as close as we'll be getting to the real thing before the big unveil. Note the placement of the vents, rear spoiler and on one of the images, the squared-off, quad-tipped exhaust.
As we have previously reported here we still do not have any exact details as to what's under the rear bonnet but considering the current Turbo S puts out a whopping 530hp we are fairly confident in stating that the 991 variant of the Turbo will produce anywhere from 550-600hp right out of the box. Rumors have been swirling we will see a triple-turbo induction process similar to what will used by BMW in their new M Performance models...
