As we know that the very last batch of Lexus LFAs are going to be sold, it seems that Toyota/Lexus is working on something else to celebrate the occasion.
Last week we brought to your attention a very uniquely painted BLUE LFA making its way around the Nurburgring carrying some serious speed. It's patently obvious that this particular LFA had a different paint scheme and even was lacking its iconic, high-pitched V10 exhaust note. Noticeably absent was the tri-outlet exhaust and present was a set of more aggressive set of cosmetic enhancements. It had "AD-A" painted on the side of the body work.
Now this week we're bringing the latest spy video that shows ANOTHER LFA -- this time painted an obnoxious green -- that's being piloted near the 'Ring and is seen entering one of Toyota's test facilities. Noticeably absent is the vehicle's aerodynamic enhancements; however, it is sporting the unique livery.
Another mysterious Lexus LFA showed up in Nürburg on the 29th of june 2012. This particular one is a 'AD-B' version. Bridge To Gantry spotted a 'AD-A' earlier in june, so it seems like Lexus is working on quite a few special versions to end the production of the LFA. What do you make of it?
