Although the U.S. market hasn't been privy to enjoy the fruits of Audi's S3 labor seen in previous generation products, hopefully we'll get lucky this time around. Spotted undergoing developmental testing seems to be your standard, run-of-the-mill all-new Audi A3.
However, some exceptional spy photographer work certainly sealed the deal that an S3 will be making an appearance in the new-generation product.
While you'll note the new front/rear clips, plus a quad-tipped exhaust poking out the back, the biggest clues are seen on the INSIDE of this red prototype.
Firstly if you look at the gauge pod you'll see the grey dials. Secondly, the three-spoke, flat-rimmed steering wheel is quite telling.
