The Jaguar C-X75 is entering a critical stage of its development, which will ultimately decide if the radical hypercar will make production or is cancelled.
Jaguar has had the C-X75’s complex hybrid drivetrain running on a test bed for the past three months and is now preparing to put it in the car to create a working prototype.
“This part of the development is absolutely unknown,” admitted global brand director Adrian Hallmark at the recent Los Angeles motor show. As such, he said there is a “responsible level of question mark” surrounding the car’s future.
