When Jaguar showed off its C-X75 for the first time, I was a bit shocked. I mean, the last proper Jaguar supercars were the beloved XJ220 and unruly XJR-15.
I didn't think the brand had it in it to give it another go 'round. But the big cat wasn't kidding.
Unfortunately, someone in the Accounting department must have questioned the product planner's business case for selling a vehicle likely to fetch somewhere between 800,000 and 1 million British Pounds Sterling. And let's face it, the global macroeconomic environment is still a bit bruised after taking those lumps in 2008 and 2009.
But, don't fret. That's because Jaguar is said to be taking the technology unraveled in its Research & Development for the C-X75 and will be applying it in the manufacturer's product lineup.
