Rolls-Royce is one of those storied, traditional brands that has made a name for itself by continuing to do the same thing over, and over, again. There's nothing wrong with that formula; however, as sales continue their upward trajectory, one has to think what could be possible.
And its not just us or artists or the Sultan of Brunei anymore. Rolls-Royce is thinking of what else it could do too.
After three consecutive years of record-breaking sales figures, rumors are swirling that the iconic marque may be up for some new ideas. And as its owned by BMW, it could innovate through the Bavarian's chassis.
Word on the street is saying that Rolls is thinking of creating a sport-utilty vehicle/wagon-like product in addition to a Wraith-based roadster. Sounds pretty wild, right?
While I am not exactly sold on the roadster, I wouldn't be shocked to see an SUV or an X6-inspired Roller. In fact, something tells me that a jacked up Wraith with four doors and the Wraith's fastback roof wouldn't be half bad.
With emerging markets growing and unique tastes, I'd say just about anything is possible when the almighty dollar is up for grabs.
